Enjoy the best that Snowshoe Mountain Resort has to offer. Step out the door of your condo and enjoy dining, shopping, and Spa services. Set on the private deck and enjoy great views of the village and enjoy concerts in the plaza. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa, a twin sleeper chair, and a 50 inch smart TV. Queen bed in the bedroom with a 50 inch smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. 

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL                   A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES         Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.
