Spent 4 days skiing and enjoying being together. The property is larger than the pictures indicate. The furniture including beds is comfortable a definite plus. It is an easy walk to the slopes, I read 5 min but I don't think it was that far. I was disappointed in the kitchen stock. Based on past rental experiences I expected basic spices, salt and pepper, oil etc but there was 1/2 roll of paper towels and that was it. That said overall the property was great!

The house was nice. Had plenty of space for us. Close to where we wanted to go fishing. The house was clean. Linens were provided so we didn’t have to bring anything with us. We didn’t need anything fancy so it was perfect. Great WiFi too! Mountain Valley Realty was very good about communicating before heading up.

We love staying at Hutch 6! This is our second year there. The house is in a very convenient location and Mountain Valley Realty was very helpful. They picked up our trash everyday and brought salt for the porch/walkway. We will be back!

Our stay at Wabasso 2 was great! The condo is cozy and has everything you need. It's clean and the kitchen is well-appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Short walk to the slopes if you don't want to hop on the shuttle. We loved warming up with the fireplace. Thank goodness for the wifi, as there is no cell service.

Great location for our family of 6 + our dog. Easily walk to the trails and easy walk to the Village or Top of the World.

Spacious condo with all the amenities. Plenty of room for us all to relax after a long day of skiing. The loft was huge and the kids enjoyed spreading out up there. Would highly recommend for families or a couples.

Our family had a great time at this rental. It was perfect for our purpose and we appreciated that we could bring our dog along. It was close to skiing and restaurants and the property had everything we needed. Beautiful area and lots of opportunities for walks and watching the sunset over the mountains. It could probably use a few updates as everything is a bit dated, but it served our purpose just fine. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but we were so tired after skiing that we didn't really care.

This condo will take you back to the 90's because that's the last time it was redecorated. But it is priced accordingly, so I'm not complaining. The location is an easy walk to the slopes and there was plenty of space for our four adults and 3 kids. The parking lot was full the night we arrived, but it was no problem because we were able to park at Top of the World (about a minute walk from the condo).

The house was in a perfect location and even better than the pictures portrayed. 5 minute walk to top of the world and the slopes could not have been more convenient. There were some minor damages when we arrived like a missing toilet paper holder, broken chair in a closet, kitchen island table top moves when you lean on it and a few others, but nothing that would deter us from staying again. Overall it was fantastic and I would highly recommend for anyone with a party of 10-15.

Excellent for our pets and family! :). Close to the slopes for us to walk out and ski. We never got the fire started...lol... loved the undercover parking as it snowed 6 inches while we were there! Will definitely return!!! 🙂

The rental was in an excellent location for shuttle and lift access. The little mudroom chamber was ideal for all our gear. It was large and fit two couples very well. The kitchen was very well stocked for soup making and breakfasts. Overall awesome stay.

Great little place - super cozy! As usual with places that allow dogs there is always a bit of hesitancy as to what the condition of the place will be -- but upon walking in, was clean & neat & all in order. Felt cozy & home almost instantly. The kitchen is well equipped (from can opener, to wine opener). Ample closet space & a heated entryway for all your ski/board gear. The bedroom is spacious & has a comfy king-sized bed. The bathroom has an awesome shower feature with multiple sprays & rain-shower head. Although there is no heating element in the bathroom (unless its not working); there is a infrared heater in the bedroom closet for your use. The wood burning fireplace is a nice homey touch. Easy to use. The location is excellent! From the deck can walk down the path behind the complex & get onto the Whistlepunk trail or can walk thru the lot & get onto Powder Monkey lift or directly across the street to the Western Territory. About a 10 min walk to central Village too. Tuques/Appalachia Kitchen & Pizza Slice are under a 5 min walk, as is the shuttle stop. Check-in is at bottom of hill (near the Inn) & easy process. The ladies are always helpful & informative. You get your check0in packet upon arrival. Certainly looking forward to staying again!

My family and I were very pleased with our stay in Hutch 2. The checkin and check out were very easy and the staff were very courteous and helpful. There was more than enough room for us. Everything was very clean and we were all thankful for our trip. We will definitely return again.

We have stayed in PR units through the years. Really like the one story unit. Master bdrm is really big and roomy. Unit itself has everything we need.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the village. The property was well stocked and clean. It could use some updating but it was still a great place to stay. A few of the outlets need replaced anything you plugged in would fall back out and the shower heads need replaced. Those are very minor things though, we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Ruth at Mountain Valley Realty was a pleasure to work with thru the booking and check in process. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Excellent; amenities well suited for skiing and comfortable. No issues to speak of! Able to ski out from the lodge directly into upper flume and close access to a bus stop. Can't wait to come back next year.

​​​​​​​Our family stayed in the Soaring Eagle #411 unit and found it to be a very comfortable, clean, and relatively updated unit -- far nicer than many my wife showed me for about the same cost that were closer to the village. We got around easily with the free shuttle, and being slightly removed from the crowds was welcome at night. Minor challenge figuring out who to call for more towels and soap, but once that got sorted the staff was extremely kind, helpful and accountable. We will definitely look for availability of this unit on future trips and thoroughly enjoyed our time in it. Thank you!

The condo was in great shape. We had 4 adults and two young kids so it was perfect for us. The cut through the pine trees makes it an easy 5 minute walk to the slopes. We got about a foot of snow while we were there and our cars were buried so having the two snow shovels there was a bonus!

We enjoyed this comfortable and spacious rental. Owner and rental company a joy to work with. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms large, good storage, as well as clean. Excellent location with heated garage, locker room opens out to slopes. Enjoyed hot tubes and fireplace. Nice views especially of morning sunrise. Would definitely stay again.

It rocked! Very comfortable space with well maintained amenities (hot tub, fire place, fire pit). Mountain Valley Realty was quick to respond and repair a maintenance issue as well.

Fun enjoyable trip

The place was cozy, and the wood burning fire place was awesome! Great location, only 50 yards from the slopes. There is also a new bar right on the slope directly below the house, which is a perfect place to end your ride then walk up to the house. The couch and the carpet have seen better days, but no worse than I would have expected. The rooms and restrooms were nice so that's all that mattered to me.

place. Didn't have the issues in other reviews. We enjoyed the view on the blue bird day. Had to work on getting a key from the manager but they had no problem in calling us to tell us we had to be out by 10am.

The condo was a great place to get away on the spur of the moment and was in a nice location. There is a new slope side bar that was a fun place to walk to from the condo to meet the other people in our party mid day. We were disappointed there was no fire starter or lighter for the fireplace although there was plenty of bigger wood.

We loved the heated floors and heated mud room. We found the condo was clean and welcoming. It was a quick walk to be right on the slopes and an easy walk to the resort.

We had a great stay. The location provides easy access to ski rentals (Top of the WORLD), the ski lift right outside the building, two dining spots, and quick access to the shuttle stop! The view from the windows was right onto the slopes. The accommodations were as described and great for a family of 4.

We had a great time at Wabasso 14! There is a bedroom on the main level off the kitchen and a big bedroom upstairs with lots of bunk beds. There are a bunch of stairs to get into the unit. Both bathrooms were nice. Kitchen well stocked. Firewood right under the unit - we built a fire almost every night! Ski/Walk in/out, very close to Soaring Eagle lift and Flume trail. If there's lots of snow you can almost ski home. Only downside is it's not really in walking distance to the village. Really great house!

It was the perfect stay for family and friend. Super close access to skiing and the bar. Very warm and plenty of room for playing board games. 10/10 would recommend.

Since there were no good photos of the interior on the site we were not sure what we were walking into. Recently replaced carpet, recently painted walls. The beds were comphy, pillows were nice. everything was clean! The kitchen had everything we needed. one of the nicest places i have stayed at in the Mountain Lodge.

We stayed in Wabasso 24 for the first week of January. This was a roomy comfortable unit with the best stocked kitchen Ive ever seen, there was a good selection of cookware and plenty of glasses, dishes and flatware. Loved the covered parking, especially when we got 13 inches of snow. The unit was very close and convenient to the slope entrance and a beautiful walk to the village. Would def rent again

Very clean and well-maintained 4 bedroom cabin in the mountains with all the amenities needed. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Gorgeous views, very close to Snowshoe Mountain. Can't wait to stay there again!!

This is our second year staying at this condo and you can't beat the location. It looks directly at the soaring eagle lift and it is very easy to get to the lockers and garage to load and gear up. The condo itself is clean and cozy. Mountain Valley Reality was very accommodating and had wonderful customer services. Will definitely use again.

We had a great stay at Shamrock 73. The rental company was excellent. We arrived sooner than expected and the unit was ready so they let us check in early. Easy walk to the slopes, getting back we road the bus back from Powder Monkey. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would note is the mattresses could have been a little more comfortable. We used all three....pull out sofa, futon, and double bed.

The unit is a little dated but it's perfect for a weekend ski trip. Great location close to the slopes. We'd stay there again.

Place was great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Expedition Station! Cozy little condo and couldn’t have asked for a better location - right on the slopes and in the heart of the village!

Hey this place is great - it was about a block walk to slope access - easy on/off cat track made lunch back at the place super convenient for the family. House has that retro early 80s funky look and the inside is fantastic - great kitchen with new appliances - 7 of us in there - totally comfortable and no complaints about the beds. Deck was inaccessible cause the snow was so deep- an easy trade off. The heated mudroom was the coolest thing I have ever seen in a ski haus - Kept all the gear out there overnight was toasty warm and dry in the AM!

This was a great condo. It has one separate bedroom, and 2 upstairs bings which each have a double bed below and a single above. There is also a pull-out couch. Everything was in great condition, and had plenty of dinnerware, pots, etc. The large wood-burning fireplace was great. We enjoyed it and would happily return.

​​​​​​​We booked this house for a holiday weekend ski trip in Snowshoe. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Owner/management company were great to work with, place was very well furnished / equipped, our kids loved the bunk room, and entire house was very clean. Close to the slopes, we walked to and from the slopes every day with several young kids (between 6-10 years old). Will definitely stay here again.

This rental is a great place to stay if you like to ski, or just sit by the fireplace. Would definitely recommend this to all my friends, and will try to book again next year. The rental company was a delight to work with, and respond to all emails and phone calls.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this cabin. Check in was a breeze location was good. We could have walked to the slopes but took advantage of the on call shuttle a couple of times. I cannot forget to mention the ladies in the office where we checked in. They were so sweet, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay at this cabin again.

We took a chance on an early trip to Snowshoe mountain. Having stayed at the mountain lodge on a previous trip we decided to try something with more character. Still close enough to get the day of skiing going without any issues. It felt safe and cozy. It was a magical trip for us so I can't say enough.

This cozy little condo surpassed my expectations!!!! It was perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to everything! The slopes and powderidge lift is just a few steps out of the parking lot to your left. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The only thing needed was a set of sheets for the queen size blow up mattress. This was used in place of what we thought would be a sofa bed, but it turned out to be more comfortable than any sofa bed! A few extra towels for a family of 6 would have been also nice but we managed! All in all, we will definitely be back to this little gem! It was perfect and gave us all the mountain feels!

We had a great experience. Everything was s expected or better. The only complaints would be the Sauna not heating, and 2 of 3 hottubs outside did not bubble, when turned on.

Property was very accommodating for me and 8 of my friends. Easy walk to the slopes and had plenty of space for al of us. Will be returning here next season.

Timbers 8 was an easy walk to The Village making it convenient to return to the rental for breaks throughout the day. Timbers was clean and comfortable in a quiet location away from all the hype of the event.

Keystone lodge Suite B was the perfect rental for the Snowshoe WC MTB event

​​​​​​​Wabasso 21 is the perfect spot for a Snow Shoe get-away. The house was clean and comfortable with everything needed for our three day stay. It is very dated though and the furnishings quite worn but that did not impact our stay. The management company was professional and extremely helpful though they did not seem to use the messaging feature in VRBO. This was not a big deal, just something to be aware of - calling them directly is best. The location is perfect as its an easy walk to the main village and ski runs are right out the back door but far enough off the square that you dont contend with the crowds.

Stayed in unit 37 at Whistlepunk for the 4848 music festival. Great location with a quick walk to the stage. Pet friendly, clean and had a resident toddler black bear and young buck to greet us on two separate mornings. Would definitely book again!

My wife and I stayed at Whistlepunk 37 unit for the month of October. We loved everything about the condo! The decor was tastefully done with many updates done in the bathroom. The scenery right outside of condo was just awesome. We got to see deers (along with other animals) often and we got to enjoy the sunrises and the sunsets. Snowshoe Mountain Resort is a great place to walk as there are clean and well maintained walkways throughout the resort. We had a great time during the fall foliage!

It was roomy and clean. Debbie is always pleasure to work with.

We enjoyed our stay at the hutch. More space than you realize! Clean, well-equipped kitchen (minus an ice cream scoop and the knives were kept loose in a drawer rather than in a knife block of in a drawer with guides). Everything worked well except we could not figure out how to make the shower work in one of the bathrooms. Management was very friendly and easy to work with. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed mountain biking, hiking and disc golf at Snowshoe. Our only point to bring up is that the picture showed a grill, picnic table and firepit on the deck. We called ahead to make sure the grill was present and were told it was. When we got there - no grill. There was a miniature table top charcoal grill in one of the closets on the ground floor, but we did not have charcoal. It was not a game changer for us as we just modified our cooking plans - but there is no grill and no seating on the deck. Thankfully we brought our own chairs. The hot tub was really nice!!!!!!

We had such a great time on the mountain. The neighbors were awesome and fun to chat with. Great place to stay.

We had a large group of 9 people, which was able to fit comfortably. Everything in the condo was exactly as it was listed and shown in the pictures. As we stayed in the summer, I would recommend bringing a fan if you stay in the summer. It was in the 70s during our stay, so the fans helped to keep air moving day and night to cool the place.

House was wonderful and big enough for our crew of 9 to have privacy and together time. Management was wonderful and very easy to work with. Will definitely stay there again.

The house was in a great location Tree Top, very nice and cozy. The only issue was parking. People do not respect your parking space. If your neighbor has 3 cars, then he can take your parking space. Other than that it was a great house

Super convenient to the Western Territory. Bring slippers as the tile floors can get pretty cold.

Overall I thought pictures and description matched property - it was clean, cozy, convenient and met my expectations. I had a couple of questions during my stay, and the property managers were very helpful and nice.

Everyone had a great time. Second yearly trip to Hutch 2. The only drawback to the weekend is that it went by too quickly.

We have stayed multiple times at Shamrockm many different units. We stated at this unit twice in the last few weeks. We like being near the Western Territory, and one can easily get to the other side on a ski trail from the back of Shamrock. It is clean, and pleasant. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and the son used the sleeper and said it was good, more comfortably than some. Kitchen was well supplied by pots and knives, so it works well to cook here. We would return.

It’s a short walk to the top of the world rental and also you can hike to the slopes though it was not so easy. Cabin was clean and had basic cleaning supplies. Cabin could use a few more closet shelves since the drawers were not enough to store all the clothes.

Great location, updated appliances, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Fireplace was not fixed during our stay, but we still enjoyed our time.

Decent place. Only complaint is there was no washer/dryer. The hookups are in place so not sure why the unit is missing them.

​​​​​​​The location turned out to be great. A short walk (less than a block) to a green slope. I loved the couch as it was the kind you could put lots on people in and "flop". We could pull up 2 more chairs and have 6 people at the dinner table. The upstairs room was very spacious.

Property was very clean upon arrival. The heated entry is a must have to dry boots and outer wear. Kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. Heated floors and gas fire place is a relaxing way to end a cold day. 5 min walk to Upper Flume and just downhill from Flying Eagle Lift to bring you back. Recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful trip! Powder Ridge #17 is one of the cleanest vacation homes I have ever rented. The kitchen was stocked very well with cooking supplies and utensils. Blanets and pillows are also plentiful. Great location for skiing! Mountain Valley Realty was very accommidating to our needs and I will be renting from them in the furture.

My friends and I had great time. Place is clean, spacious, with everything you need in the kitchen for cooking and baking. Convenient location, not far from bus station, slopes and convenience store.

Pros - The condo is within walking distance from the village and grocery store. It's well furnished, has a warm welcoming atmosphere, kitchen full of appliances. It has a little dryer room where you can dry all your cloth and gear. Automatic fireplace, many televisions. Cons- The bedroom on the 2nd floor is not private and it is not listed in the description. I think this is major misleading in the listing. The mattresses are old and not firm at all. Many light bulbs were burned out. The door locks to the 2nd-floor bathroom and 1st-floor bedroom were not working as well. Lights on the decorative pine tree on the 2nd floor were burned out. The snow wasn't removed from the balcony upon our arrival. The host never gave us a courtesy call to make sure we are doing fine or offered any extra toilet paper or anything. For the price they charge per night it could be a little better. Overall it is a great condo but maintenance and management have a big room for improvement. I would recommend this place and will stay again but next time I will be very demanding and calling the office right away.

The rental was in great shape. Large kitchen and living room. The owners have definitely done some nice updates. Probably a five minute walk to the slopes.

We had such a great time at this condo during our 8 night stay. The unit is a bit dated, but everything is adequate for any duration of stay. We had read a few of the reviews so we packed a couple items from home since we drove to Snowshoe (sharp knife, spatula, salt, pepper, olive oil, laundry pods, etc.). The rental staff was able to give us extra toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues when we stopped in. The front mudroom is perfect for getting ready to ski and drying off wet dogs after being in the snow. The staff was great at snow removal while we visited in the parking lot, the stairs down to the unit, and the walkways. Firewood and trash bins were conveniently located just up the stairs in the parking lot. The unit is a very quick walk to the Powderridge chair lift (5 minutes max with ski gear on out back) and about a 15 minute walk to the main village area to grab Starbucks, pickup takeout, etc. The mountain also has a great shuttle service with a stop/shelter just across from the parking lot. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this condo cannot be beat. You are steps away from the soaring eagle lift on the south mountain (with an excellent view of the lift from the condo). The Elk River ski shop for rentals is right below you in the building, you receive access to 2 lockers in the locker room right below you, there's a parking garage to park your car (which we didn't drive the entire trip since the. bus stop is right outside of the building). Overall, amazing location. The soaring eagle lift wasn't open the first day we skied but it opened our 2nd day which was a game changer. We had to take the bus back from the ballhooter lift to get to the lodge the 1st day, but wasn't a big deal. The property was very clean - a little dark inside (some light bulbs were out) but exactly as described. The beds and pillows weren't super comfortable and we weren't given many towels to use but we made it work. For the location, it was worth it! Thank you.

Vacation Rental #206 was clean cozy convenience. It was close to the shops, the loading and unloading area, ticket pick-up, and rentals. We’ll stay there again.

This is a good spot. The room was clean and sufficient. I stayed with two other people and we had plenty of room. The bunk beds were small but I slept well in one of them. With a bus stop right outside this was a convenient location.

We had an enjoyable time at Soaring Eagle 317. Easy access to the Mountain & Soaring Eagle Lift. Nicely appointed, clean, unit with good kitchen gear and bedding. Windows were a bit drafty, but plenty of heat to keep us warm. As a bonus, the property manager took great care of getting us a few items we left behind, which was greatly appreciated. It is important to get your access documents at the bottom of the mountain before going all of the way up to the top.

My wife and I (and our dog)traveled from Marshville NC to Snow Shoe Mt. for a Weekend getaway. The place was very clean and very well stocked as far as cleaning supplies, etc. They also had a nice sized stack of wood for the fireplace. The shower was excellent. It should be a picture added of it for the brochure The apartment was in an excellent location for walking around and getting to the village. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend anyone to stay there.

Wabasso 24 - Great weekend at the shoe for some MTB in a pet friendly unit!

The rental is as described in the pictures and worked well for us as a couple. Great location, well stocked everything worked. Nice HD TV which in our experience isn't always the case with Snowshoe rentals. A couple of things, the deck in the pictures is nice, but it is public and the walkway to units. Also the view off the deck is of a deteriorating hottub building. That was a surprise but we still had a great time. Rental company was very good to work with.

We had a great stay at South West Ridge 57. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our family of 4. (Although one bathroom can be a bit of a challenge with a teenage daughter!) Snowshoe is beautiful, we enjoyed hiking and biking the many miles of backcountry trails. Once the resort opened we had a day on the downhill mountain biking trails. The house is in a great location, so no need to take your car, you can walk of bike to the top. We had a great meal at the brewery, otherwise cooked at the house. I would recommend bringing your supplies as there are limited grocery store options. Overall it was a great way to get away, easy to social distance and stay safe.

The location was convenient to Snowshoe Ski Resort. We also took the old steam train ojt of Cass, which was only about 10 minutes away. Our only issue was finding the rental office at night. GPS can be tricky and no cell signal in the area.

This chalet has a $1M view - we could not get over it and spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view. The beds were comfortable, and the chalet really spacious. The jacuzzi was also a nice treat at the end of the day. A couple of upgrades/changes: - the carpet in the basement was stained and shows its age. It could be replaced - the dryer would not dry effectively and can also be replaced/

MVR staff was polite and respectful. They provided all information necessary about our unit. Whistlepunk 37 was clean and cozy. It's great that the condo is within walking distance of Powder Monkey slope and a short walk to the village. Will definitely consider renting the unit again from MVR.

It was great!

My family of 3 rented this unit with another family of 5 and it was absolutely ideal! The amount of space was perfect for us all to not feel on top of each other but also feel cozy together. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time when we were in our condo. We ate all of our meals there and were easily able to find what we needed to cook. It was a very large condo with a nice area to leave skis on the enclosed porch.

AMAZING! For a house that looks small from the outside - its is so spacious and just keeps going and going and going. Great for a group that also appreciates space and separation. Several of the rooms have lots of extra floor space so if you want to cram in families - you can do that too!!

Family ski weekend! Absolutely the perfect place. Unit has all amenities & then some!!! Nice and clean. Great location. Mountain Valley Realty was great. I only wish check out time was later than 10 am. 11 or even 12 would’ve been perfect.

Wabasso 8 is a great place to stay! There is plenty of room in the common space and the kitchen is very well stocked. Everything was in great condition. We were able to walk to the slopes easily (even my 6 y/o). We would happily stay here again!

Whistlepunk 37 is in a perfect location for a visit at Snowshoe with a dog! Plenty of great walking areas are available (esp before the runs are open) just down from the unit. Plus it’s a cute and comfortable unit with ample room and accommodation for people and pets! This will be our future “go to” spot for all visits to Snowshoe!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Management company were very hospitable when we arrived and even gave us a bottle of wine from their Christmas party! We’ll definitely rent from them again!

We booked Wabasso 8 over the Christmas holiday for 4 nights and 3 days. This is our 4th time at Snowshoe and were pleased with this condo. It was clean and the upgrades that the owner made were very nice. Everything worked as expected (WiFi, kitchen appliances, washing machine/dryer) and kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs (we cooked every night). The condo was roomy enough to comfortably accommodate our 4 teenagers (incl 3 large boys), who accompanied us on this trip. Slope access was fine; it was a little further than we expected but still walkable. The closest slope is a green slope, but not the easiest green slope Snowshoe has to offer. Brand new skiers would need to bus up to the Village. Ski storage in the entryway was great. Loved the heated hardwood floors on the first floor. Given how warm the weather was, it would have been nice to have had some deck furniture to enjoy the sun. We would happily return to Wabasso 8. Thank you!

A wonderful family memory. Some of my family lives in WV some of us do not. We were all able to gather in this beautiful place. Played games, road the Cass Railroad and had a wonderful time.

First of all, our stay was timed perfectly to enjoy all the beautiful fall colors. The sound of the steam train whistles just added to the flavor of our stay. The Inn was delightful. Clean, comfy and with plenty of room for the four of us to be together, yet enjoy quiet alone time. The inn was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We especially enjoyed the dining room where we shared meals and had great fund playing games. (I won!) We sure hope we can return.

Very clean, nice location (close to the village but far enough for more privacy.) the only complaint I had was my sister in law had called about getting our TVs fixed, because none of them worked. Which wasn’t a big deal, we were outside most of the time for the GNCC races. But at night we had wanted to come in and relax and watch TV. We called and got told, “you don’t need to watch TV go outside, but we will send someone up to fix it.” No one ever came. So like I said, not a big deal, but if you pay a good bit of money for something you just expect everything to work, ya know? But overall beautiful rental, BEAUTIFUL view, very clean, would love to rent again for the following years

We really truly enjoyed our stay here, the condo is nice and clean and extremely convenient to both sides of the mountain. We rode out of the front for the western lift and went out of the lower parking lot for the basin lift lines. We would definitely get this condo again and the rental agency did a great job.

This rental experience was as great as we could've asked for. For our party, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the management made things easy for us to check in/check out. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a stress-free escape to the slopes.

We chose this place because of its proximity to ski school and rentals. It was so easy to get the kids to ski school, pick up lift tickets, and get rentals. The beautiful sunrises we experienced was just icing on the cake!

Very clean. Very homey feel. Beds very comfortable. A 100 yard short walk to Powderidge Lift. Shuttle pick up 100 yard walk. Watched the sunrise every morning from the back deck. Someone even shoveled our walk way out the front door after 6 inches of snow which was nice. No service on cellphones but WiFi hook up made it possible to at least FaceTime and iMessage family members. Definitely will be back next year.

We love the location of Hutch 6! Parking was good. The loft is really small and the trundle bed that is pictured is not there any longer so we were a bed short. This house is smaller than pictured but we made it work and had an absolute blast in this house! Would definitely rent it again in 2020!

My friends and I were very pleasantly surprised with our accommodations at Snowcrest. I was not exactly sure what to expect but I have to say it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased to have access to the hot tubs directly outside of our room as well as the screened in porch area. It was the perfect location with a quick walk to the Soaring Eagle Lift and Top of the World. Would stay again.

Amazing weather and great home to use while at Snowshoe. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The house and a lot of extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. And you could walk to your first run of the day!

Wonderful stay. Condo is up to date and beautiful. Huge kitchen and very roomy. Perfect for 10 people plenty of room. Great location. Short walk to the slopes.

Rented unit at Wabasso for President's Day week

House was great which was good since it rained all weekend and skiing was not great.

Not as outdated as the Pictures make it look. Lots of space and has everything you could need for a Snowshoe trip.

Great unit, very roomy and close to slopes. Lots of room for people to sleep. Facilities in great shape, water pressure excellent in showers.

Our fourth stay at this building. Loved this corner floor plan and cannot overstate how nice and accommodating the staff at this building are.

Cozy. Nice wood burning fireplace (stocked with plenty of wood). Close to Western Territory. Pet friendly. Real Estate company great to work with, though had to go a few miles out of our way to check in. We did get to pet their dog and use their restroom.

Wabasso 2 was a great place to stay for our family. The location is great, walking distance to the village and the ski slopes. We were able to sleep 6 adults with two on the sleeper sofa comfortably. The winding staircase to the second level bedroom can be a little tricky getting the luggage up and down, but all in all a great trip and place to stay.

Smooth. Clean. Warm. Convenient. Any questions I had were answered immediately. It was truly an incredible experience. Only problem, and it really wasn't a problem because we stayed upstairs, was the den's fireplace was out of gas. I'd live here in a heartbeat if I had that kind of money.

Great rental, exactly as described on site. Clean and comfortable

First time visiting Snowshoe and this was the perfect location. Great value, good quality. Parting on site with easy access. The rental agency was very good to work with.

The unit was well-maintained. The location of the unit close to the Powderidge Lift was really convenient for ski in/out even though there wasn't a lot of natural snow. One minor note was the unit has an inflatable air bed instead of a sofa bed. My sons declared this better than a pull-out, but I was surprised. Perhaps it was in the unit description and I just missed it. Mountain Valley Realty was great to work with, although their location at the bottom of the mountain is not as convenient as renting through the resort.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Wabasso 8 and we will definitely keep coming back. The proximity to the slope as well as the village, along with ample sleeping options for our group of 8, makes this location absolutely ideal for a perfect vacation!

The cabin was easy to find with the hospitality app and the Mountain Valley Realty personal were helpful when we called. We did not know the one road was closed so finding an alternative route was tricky. The cabin was well equipped with blankets and pillows. It was clean and a lot of firewood. The bottom level was extremely cold but a fire was not attempted in the lower level which might have helped. The kitchen had a lot of equipment. It would be helpful to have a dustpan and better can opener. It was helpful to have two fridge and two ovens since we cooked a whole Thanksgiving dinner while we were there. We really had a wonderful time and enjoyed the occasional walk into Snowshoe. Thank you.

We stayed a long weekend for some downhill mountain biking.

Our stay at Wabasso was very enjoyable. Kitchen was stocked well. Even tho the couch was very comfortable it could definitely use replacing. Spiral staircase is probably not a good idea if you have little children. But overall we were very satisfied

We brought our extended family, 13 people including 5 kids age 3 to 14, for a long weekend. This property was a perfect fit! Room enough for everyone to spread out by a layout that allowed us to watch the little ones without being in the same space. 😉 The views at sunset were amazing when it was clear. Though there house showed some signs of wear and tear, they did not interfere with our visit at all. Overall, a very nice property that we will probably revisi

We had a great stay at Wabasso 8. Property was clean, very well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. We had all we needed for a family with 3 kids, property is walking distance from the village and grocery store. I would definitely rent this again for our next trip to SS.

I couldn't believe my luck when I opened the curtains and found myself staring at the podium for the US Nationals Mountain Biking Championships with the beautiful forests of the Allegheny Mountains for a backdrop. The condo itself was well appointed with everything I needed. It was extremely comfortable and would be great for a couple. The kitchen area is tiny so if you are planning to cook a lot of meals in the condo, you'll be wishing for more counter space and perhaps a bigger fridge. The bathroom had plenty of towels, soap, and TP. I brought trash bags but I didn't need them. One suggestion would be to put an extra one under the one in the waste basket. One tip: there are two entrances to Snowshoe off of Hwy 66. The realty office is located in Slatyfork, past the easternmost entrance. If you make a turn off of 66 to Snowshoe Resort, you've missed it.

We rented the house for the weekend of the GNCC races and it was perfect! The size of the house, the parking space for our box trailers with the bikes in them, the location, and not to mention the House was beautiful! We had many sit down meals with our friends in the large kitchen, we relaxed in the huge living room, and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. The hot tub was a huge plus as well 🙂

We had a great time! Location was amazing! They had about 6-8 inches of snow the week before we got in and a crazy blizzard the day we checked out! Loved it!!!

We had such a good time staying here with our little family. Loved stepping out on the slopes, and grabbing the shuttle to the village. Our dog had so much fun playing outside. Fireplace was key and the unit was updated throughout. Loved the amazing rain shower too!

First off, Id like to say that Debbie and the rest of the girls at Mountain Valley are outstanding!! We had asked to change our plans, and she did it without hesitating. Soaring Eagle #411 is an outstanding condo with all that you'll need for your stay, the staff at soaring eagle were just as great and friendly to deal with.

Very nice, well maintained unit that is pet friendly. We enjoyed having our dog with us. The layout is great and everyone had a great time.

A group of ten friends stayed at Timbers 8 for a long weekend ski trip to Snowshoe and had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly what we were looking for in terms of size and proximity to the slopes. It was spacious enough for all ten, and the large living room/dining room area made for a great place to hang out after a long day of skiing. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. The kitchen came equipped with plenty of cookware, etc and we had no problem cooking meals for a large group. I would definitely recommend Timbers 8 and can’t wait to return next year.

Couldn't ask for a better location for skiing. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us, but the stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at PowderRidge17. The Unit was, for the most part, clean and well kept. My biggest gripe - and it is a small one - is that it looked like the master bathroom was recently re-caulked by someone who just learned what caulk was that morning. Bro - you gotta smooth it out with a wet finger after you lay down the bead. Other than that, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the gas log fireplace was warm, the kitchen was recently updated and very nice (do the bathrooms the same!), and overall we really liked the layout. You can't actually ski out the back door, because there are no steps down from the deck, but it is a short walk around the side of the building to the closest lift, which is maybe 50m from the unit. There is also a shuttle service right across the road which runs to the village until after 2am on the weekends. The WiFi was also really good - tested at 50mbps down. One thing I'll also note is that there are no parking permits for the associated lot, and the locals seem to know this. The night after it snowed, the lot got very full, and cleared out again right at 5pm. Just be careful leaving equipment laying around, I guess. Luckily, this unit has a nice mud/snow room right inside the door, so there is no reason to leave things outside. Finally, shout out to Mountain Valley Realty for being friendly and helpful. We decided to stay an extra night during a holiday weekend because of new snow, and they didn't try to gouge us or anything, and actually gave us a really good rate!

We had a great weekend. The property was both close to the slopes and to good restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at SoaringEagle! We rented 317 and it was clean and well stocked in the kitchen! Perfect for my family of five!

Great house, great location, totally recommend it!!

Very satisfied with our stay. We had 4 adults stay and it didn't feel too cramped. While the bunk beds are a little small, they were more comfortable than I had anticipated (I slept in one). It was similar to a bunk bed you would find on a boat or if you have ever slept on an overnight train. It was nice to have a kitchen with an oven, stovetop, and refridgerator so we could eat in a few meals instead of paying to eat our every meal. While the property and the rental were a bit dated it provides fantastic value while at Snowshoe. (We were happily surprised that the old tube tv had been replaced with a new HDTV) Also, the property managers were all super nice, friendly, and were extremely helpful to us, especially since we were not familiar with the area. If you are wanting to stay at an affordable but no frills place at Snowshoe, this is a great option.

overall the experience was great. We enjoy being able to bring our dogs on vacation with us. Thanks for making that an option.

This was our first time at Snowshoe. We loved it and will definitely be back! Our rental agency was very friendly and helpful. The location for this property was perfect for us with a ski lift very close by. The unit was clean and nice. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the interior could use an update. If those kind of things don't bother you then you will love it. We would stay here again. 🙂

we loved this cabin. Spacey, super close to the slopes, and cozy. We were 8 and everyone had his/her own space 🙂 The only thing is if you plan to do a lot of cooking and using the kitchen, you might notice its a little small.

Cozy, rustic condo in great condition with everything we needed. The unit was clean and even though it is a pet friendly unit, there were no pet odors or other evidence of pets. We were very happy with the unit. Within the Wabasso complex, units 1 and 2 are the farthest from the trolley stop or to the closest entrance to ski runs, but it's not a bad walk. The management company was great - very friendly and helpful.

Tasha was great to work with and allowed us to get checked in and up to the mountain quickly! The house was exactly as described in the photos and description. We had 10 people stay in the house and it was a little snug but worked well. If you have more than 8 or so, I might recommend an air mattress. Everything was great though and very closet to the mountain. I didn't notice dumpsters in our specific area, but they were not too far away.

House was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. Super easy access to slopes and a quick bus ride to the village for food and drinks. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Mountain Valley was extremely helpful and great to work with to make this a great ski vacation. The unit is nice and perfect for me and my friends to stay at. This was our second year there and we hope to return again next year.

A few hundred yards out the back door and you are skis on the slopes. A little tight with 4 adults and everyone's luggage but worth the price for our stay. This unit is fully furnished, all appliances in working order and the shower head was magnificent after a long day on the slopes. We had a wonderful time but beware the walls in these condos are paper thin therefore you will hear every move the neighbors make (especially those above) other than that it was perfect for our group!

Extended weekend ski trip with my kids and their friends. There were 9 of us total and this place was perfect to accommodate 7- 18 year olds and 2 parents.

This house was perfect for our stay in Snowshoe over New Years. Close enough to the village that you can walk, Cup Run right in your back yard, and the other slopes not on Western Territory a short walk across the street. Had any and every pot/pan/utensil we could need. Perfect place!

The property was clean and located slopeside on the 2nd floor. The ski lockers made it easy to store skis and boots outside the room and in the locker room.

Really enjoyed our stay at Wabasso 2. Very cozy, clean an comfortable. Kitchen and w/d very convenient. I hadn't remembered when booking that there was a wood burning fireplace. With the well stocked wood supply we enjoyed that every night after skiing. The path through the woods steps from the door was great and my dog had a blast playing in the snow. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is that it is a longer walk to the shuttle pick up than I would prefer. But we made it with 2 8 year olds and their gear.

The studio was a great location and accommodating for our family. We enjoyed having a microwave and fridge in the room. The unit was close enough to go back to the room to warm up since it was very cold on the slopes one of the days we were there. The bus to silver creek was very easy and we are happy we went over there as the lines were not as long as snowshoe.

We've been visiting snowshoe for 20 years now and stayed many places in the village and outlying areas, although it is not as close to the village as some properties it was very quiet and a short walk to the slopes with a real wood fireplace and deer outside our window every morning. Great stay as always

great stay during the US Nationals Mountain Biking Competition! Plenty of room, great views, beds were comfortable, and nice and clean! Kitchen was well equipped, except we never found any pans for oven. Thankful they have internet since this is outside of the immediate village area so no mobile service.

We enjoyed our time in this condo--it's on the small side but is very cozy and so convenient! Debbie was very helpful in getting us set up and the condo had everything we needed for the stay. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you need a place that is pet friendly!

We have booked with Mountain Valley Realty for the last four years and as usual they do not disappoint. Debbie and the group always provide great service and ensure that they vacation is a success. PowderRidge 17 was a small, clean, and quiet location conveniently located near the PowderRidge lift. We were fortunate to have just a short walk to the lift (snow conditions had closed the run that would normally allow ski in/out). The unit was clean and well kept. All aspects of the unit were in working order. Overall I would describe the unit as comfortable and I would definitely recommend staying there to family and friends. Cant wait until next season!

We had a great time and Wabasso 8 was one of the best units we have rented at Snowshoe. We have been coming to Snowshoe for the past 15+ years. The unit was roomy and the area was nice and quiet. Nice TV and heated floors were a plus. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by 2 friendly deer that walked right up to us. It's a great vacation when there is no need to contact the rental company for Anything! We will definitely be back.

We had a great vacation and just loved how close we were to the slopes and the village. Plus, it was nice to have the full kitchen and eat all our meals in. The condo was very spacious and well equipped.

The unit was very clean on our arrival. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The manager was very responsive for any of our request. There was one mechanical issue with the kitchen and the manager responded immediately with friendly and capable help.We would certainly return to that unit again. Had a wonderful stay. Being dog friendly was a huge plus since our entire family could come! Few more table lamps in the queen bedroom would be only request.

We (my friends and I) have been staying at this place for at least 25 years. Through several owners. We come back for the location and for the space provided for our large crowd. Recently the interior has been upgraded so it is a nice place for families to stay.

Expedition Station is the quickest way from rentals to slopes. Located inside the main village, it's steps away from all the activities and great food. The room has an amazing view to start your day and even midday, you can keep an eye on the family while staying plenty warm. The TV is a bit old but it forces you to go out instead. Additionally, the kitchenette is fully stocked. Plenty of linen and a fold out couch for the kids (if you have about two). The checkout process was clunky but I think they are working on making it more streamlined.

Everything went smoothly as always, Rental was in great condition, well stocked, beds were comfortable. Twins were a little short for adults, but overall no complaints.

This property was ideal for our large group! Lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. The location can't be beat. Jut walk across the parking lot to get to the slopes. Very clean and well maintained.

The rental company was wonderful to deal with. We had one problem upon arrival and it was taken care of immediately. We arrived after hours and were surprised to see someone in the office. They took care to get us our package and on our way quickly. The condo was clean, well equipped kitchen and surprisingly quiet with everyone clomping around in ski boots. We will rent this condo again when we have a large group. The beds were VERY comfy too!

We stayed 4 nights in this cozy apartment. We were 4 adults and 2 little dogs and we had a great time. The condo was clean and comfortable to accommodate all of us. The shower is definitely a big plus after a day of skiing. Very please with Mountain Valley Realty too, the check in/out process was super easy and fast. Our stay at Wabasso 2 was great! The condo is cozy and has everything you need. It's clean and the kitchen is well-appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Short walk to the slopes if you don't want to hop on the shuttle. We loved warming up with the fireplace. Thank goodness for the wifi, as there is no cell service.

​​​​​​​My group of friends really liked the unit. It was a short walk to the trail and to the closest bus stop. I really liked being a little away from the village, less people wandering around.

Unit 317 is fantastic. It is a bell tower unit so its larger than most 2 bedrooms and has a unique layout that offers incredible views of both sides of the mountain. Best Soaring Eagle unit we have stayed in!!

Perfect location, clean, well stocked, and very friendly staff at rental office. We stay there each year given that it is pet friendly! My dog loves her walks out back in the snow. We can easily hop on our boards and take off given slopeside or can take the shuttle to SilverCreek. My kids love it there and wonderful memories are made each year! Like the updates (tv's, kitchen) Only wish.... pull out sleeper sofa or hot tub 🙂 Great stay!

We absolutely love this condo. This was our second time in the same one, if that tells you anything. Its an older model but fits a big family perfect. Easily could sleep 8. Perfect location to the store, and short walk to the slopes & village.

​​​​​​​Great place. Cozy and comfortable and 6 adults had plenty of room. Well-equipped kitchen was nice. Short hike to the slopes. Only knock was bad water pressure in the shower.

Wabasso 1 was a great accommodation. It was up to date, had lots of TV's, good heat, clean and well decorated. We have rented a different Wabasso in the past and this one was by far, a step above. The walk to the bus stop or ski on spot is tough with all of your equipment.

It was our second time in Snowshoe. I would like to thank you the staff of Mountain Valley Realty for the wonderful time that we had. The house is great for a big family or a group of friends. The house was packed with all the utensils that you may need during a vacation. We were 2 minutes driving from downtown Snowshoe and from the sloops. The Silver Creek mountain is less than 10 minutes away. The hot tub is big and great for the winter season. I will definitely stay in this house again next year. Thank you Debbie

We stayed 6 nights at Keystone Lodge A. It was a spacious unit with plenty of room for everybody in our group. The kitchen is bigger than pictured, and was equiped with the necessary pots and pans. Short walk to Soaring Eagle Lift. We had a great time, and our dog was able to come with us! The staff was awesome, and great to work with.

We had a wonderful experience with this rental. We have booked a lot of different places and some good, some bad. When we walked in the door, we knew immediately that this one was special. Clean as could be and set up exceptionally well. We had two families and the rooms, bathrooms and central area was perfect. I think it is one of the best cared for rentals in Snowshoe.

We ended up at the Hutch at the last minute, and Britney was such a huge help finding us this mountainside gem to stay in! The Hutch was clean, warm, convenient, comfortable, and functional. Though we only stayed one night, I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. The gas fireplace in the downstairs apartment combined with the beautiful mountain view was exactly what I picture in my mind when I think of the perfect mountain getaway. thank you for your amazing and Very large condo in the tree tops. We loved the condo, the huge deck, and the amazing wood burning fireplace. We stayed in every night cooking because it was much nicer than going out. Great trails for walking the dog. Merry Christmas.

Outstanding!!

My wife and I spent 5 nights in Whistlepunk 37 during our Spring Break. The rental company was very nice and accommodating. The condo was wonderful. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. There was wood stacked at our front door, the staff kept the deck shoveled off during the 14" of snow we got, and they even salted the steps each day to make it safer. I would definitely stay here again!

Whistlepunk 37 is a great little condo with convenient access to the western territory lift. The Whistlepunk condos are older but this unit had some updates recently. The walk to the village is a nice stroll/ride on your bike. There is also a shuttle stop if you prefer. The condo had everything we needed. It is perfect for a couple or couple and a small child. It was also pet-friendly. Our yorkie enjoyed looking out of the sliding glass door whenever she had to stay back at the condo but a lot of the businesses in the village are pet-friendly so she was able to go with us quite a bit! Overall, very pleased with this rental and would definitely book it again. Pleased with Mountain Valley Realty as well. Check in/out process was a breeze. Also, I accidentally left my robe, which they mailed back to me at their expense. It's the little things 🙂

Had a very good experience staying at the Whislepunk 37 rental. It was nice to be able to bring our family dog along with us. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Cute and cozy! My husband and I with our two Yorkies enjoyed cuddling by the fireplace each day after hitting the slopes (easy access from this unit). A larger group might find the condo too small, but for us it was perfect. Loved the shower!

Wonderful vacation. We have stayed at many locations on the Mountain, but this is the first time w/the family pet. This location was perfect. Nice walking trails, quiet (did not hear neighbors), easy access to slopes and quick access to Western Territory. The lodging was comfortable, with very comfortable sofa and nice recliner. The kitchen was fully functioning w/necessary equipment and dryer was handy to dry wet ski clothes. Only things to know are it took awhile to heat up and the sofa bed is a typical sofa bed and not super comfortable but perfectly fine for our son. The 'mud room' was very handy for removal of wet ski clothes so wet things did not come into the home. We will book here again.

Our group of 8 was incredibly comfortable in this home. We had plenty of spare room and each bedroom is clean and tastefully decorated to fit the "cabin" theme. It was our first time at Snowshoe and we were thrilled to be able to walk over to the lift easily instead of having to drive to the slopes every morning. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. The roomy garage has space inside for two vehicles, and the space outside can fit two more. There is room downstairs next to the garage to leave your skis and snowboards and a bench to get your gear on before you leave for the slopes. The hot tub was a nice addition and the rental agency was incredibly accommodating in getting us set up for the long weekend. We also loved the open layout of the kitchen and family room. It was nice to have everyone hang on one floor and have room for everyone at the table and on the couches.

Excellent location! Loved the wood burning fire stove 🙂 We will definitely be back soon!

This was the second time we have stayed in this unit and we love it. We are a family of four and it suits us perfectly. The second bathroom is a plus and the kitchen has what it needs. We will definitely book this one again!

Wabasso 8 is a wonderful location. It is a very short and easy walk to the slopes. The complex is also very quiet and the parking is good. We really enjoyed this unit, the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Further, this unit is updated and very spacious, more than any units in the village. We will definitely come back to this unit again!

Everything was great as usual!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Soaring Eagle. Having never been to Snowshoe we weren't quite sure what to expect but after a lot of research felt Soaring Eagle would be the best location for us and our two young children. The location was great, the large lockers and heated parking garage were much appreciated and the unit was much larger than anticipated. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. The reservation and check in process was easy. A minor recommendation would be to stock the unit with some paper towels or dish towels. We look forward to returning again!

We has a great time the place was notice and clean a little pricey but we only had 5 people in a place that could have easily held 8. I can't say enough good things!!!!!!!

We LOVED this townhouse! I'm a pretty fussy housekeeper and we rarely find a vacation rental that meets our standards, but this one did! It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the layout of the house was perfect. Our son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandsons had the upstairs all to themselves while we enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs master bedroom. The heated mudroom was also great where our wet outerwear and ski boots were able to dry and be cozy warm when we were ready to put them on again. The only downside, especially with a 4 yr old and 6 yr old, was the 10 min walk to either the shuttle stop or entrance to the ski slopes. Otherwise, it was definitely the best ski rental we've stayed in during our past 6 years of visiting Snowshoe. Also, this was the first time we've rented thru Mt. Valley Properties and we will certainly do so again. They were very friendly and efficient.

If I could rent through Mt Valley for all the vacation rentals I visit, I would. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Deer greeted us in the back, and the location is perfect.

EVERTHING WAS GREAT BUT IT NEEDS UPDATED

The condo was very nice. Great ski-in/ski-out location. The mud room was indispensable to keep the living room clean. Easy access to the mountain bus system and parking is right outside the unit.

I stayed in PowderRidge 30 for 3 nights with my fiance and dog. It is a perfect location. The people at Mountain Valley Realty were very friendly and accommodating of our travel requests. Would stay here again.

Perfect little condo for my husband & I. Walked right onto the ski slopes from the condo, we were on the bottom level so no steps to get to & from the slopes. Loved the area right inside the door to remove & leave all our wet ski gear to dry. The "real" fireplace was wonderful, my husband made us a fire every was great to have the woodshed only a couple of steps away. Parking was not a problem at all, we were always able to park right in front of our condo.

Our trip was sparked with the news of the Blizzard coming to the East Coast. We contacted Mtn Valley regarding a town home/Duplex (Wabasso #2) we saw online and they provided us with the excellent accommodations and customer service. Our place was extremely clean, well stocked with all detergents for washing, drying, cleaning, etc. Even a bundle of kiln dried wood brought upstairs for us to start a beautiful fire in fireplace upon our arrival...and a stocked closet downstairs to enjoy for our entire trip to stay warm and cozy. Our trip was romantic, fun and relaxing in Wabasso. The location was perfect....close to everything to do and very quiet. And we were able to bring our aging black labs to enjoy the snow and warm nights in front of the fireplace with us. We could not ask for a better rental experience. We will be referring and using Mtn Valley again. Thank you wonderful ladies for providing us with great communication, accommodations and a super duper vacation!!

Cant recommend Hutch2, or more importantly Mountain Valley Realty, enough. Debbie and the rest of the team worked with me through a variety of different issues to make sure my vacation was a true 5 star experience. Hutch 2 really has it all. Great location, views to die for, and (most importantly) consistent sat internet service. No worries about the entire network bogging down during peak hours. The 2nd unit downstairs offers a great escape and more than enough room to take a little break from everything upstairs. Cant wait to make our return trip 🙂

We stayed over MLK weekend at Powderridge 30. The unit was perfectly fine but definitely needs updating. What makes our stay so awesome is your staff who I love working with. From the check in until the time we left the trip was great! The staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here. Quick note for the twin beds, they are not as big as they are pictured. Other than that, the house was in great condition and just up the hill from the slopes.

For being a studio, I was surprised by how clean, well-equipped, comfortable and convenient it was. The two of us had just enough room to cook a small meal and relax on the couch after hitting the slopes. And you can't beat the location! It is so close to everything. As to service, the staff at Mountain Valley Realty really went out of their way to make my trip enjoyable. Looking back, I feel truly blessed to have had this opportunity.

Fantastic! The place was clean and organized. No problems with any of the appliances, and plenty of firewood to burn.

We had a wonderful time staying at Whistlepunk #37 in December, even though winter got started a little late. We brought our golf clubs and had a wonderful time golfing on both Christmas eve and the day after Christmas. #37 was great for my husband and our 2 big dogs. Mountain Valley Realty staff were very nice during our stay!

took the youth from our church for winter trip was going to ski but there was no snow but snowshoe and mountain realty was very helpful and upfront about weather situation found other stuff that they could do still had a great trip wonderful house enough room for our group wonderful layout of house we were not cramped at all. thanks again really enjoyed our stay.

We planned a post Christmas ski trip in what turned out to be the warmest December in 32 years. Had a great time hiking, 4 wheeling, horseback riding and just hanging out and relaxing. Great location to get to everything the mountain has to offer.

We recently got married at Soaring Eagle at Snowshoe. We were not able to take our dogs to Soaring Eagle, but thankfully Whistlepunk came to the rescue. It was a great stay and I am thankful they were pet friendly! Would definitely return!

We loved staying at Wabasso #8. There were 6 adults and we had more than enough room. The unit was very nicely decorated, much better than our first trip to Snowshoe at Rimfire. It was cozy, walking distance to the village and the slopes. For the cost, the value is exceptional! We were hesitant to stay further from the village, but we loved Wabasso #8 and would definitely stay there again!

PowderRidge17 was the perfect condo rental for 6 of us traveling from the DC area. We had direct access to the slopes off the back deck and the shuttle stop out front gave us a few minute drive to downtown. The property was clean and warm, equipped with everything you need for a weekend. The rental people were very nice and helpful when we called with questions about the area and property.

Condo is quiet and dog friendly. Bed is comfortable and neighbor noise was minimal. slope side and walking distance to the village. the new coffee shop and bar/restaurant at the end of the parking lot is wonderful!

Great location and comfy condo for our family of five! Plenty of room to relax after skiing and store all our ski stuff. Kitchen was well-stocked for meal making. Nice to walk to the slopes and not worry about parking.

From check-in to check-out we were taken care of and Mountain Valley Realty was so helpful! We arrived late, but our package was waiting for us at the mail box which was helpful since there isn't cell phone service. Soaring Eagle's facility is incredible and the staff is 100%! We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort! The ski-in and ski-out couldn't have been more perfect for our weekend ski trip! The hot tubes are fabulous as well! We are already planning our trip for next ski season! The wifi in the room was helpful as well!

We had another wonderful experience while at snowshoe. Debbie and all of them are so accommodating and we have never been disappointed. I will never rent from Snowshoe again unless forced to. Shamrock was a nice unit with a pretty nice futon and more importantly 1.5 baths. The walk to the slopes and western was a bit longer then some but not bad overall. Unit was adequately sized for 4 adults. Would rent again anytime!

​​​​​​​This is one of the nicer condos I've rented at Snowshoe. The lofted ceiling really opens up the place and gave our group lots of room to stretch out. And having Wi-Fi with the smart TV was a huge plus.

The condo had 1 bedroom with a queen bed, two really bunkbed in the hall across freon the kitchen, a queen pull out sofa bed. The kitchen wad fully equipped. The fire place flue has been permanently closed, so the fire place was not usable. The condo was really clean and well furnidhed. The decor was outdated, still had a vcr. I love the hot tubs! The tubs were in the center of all the condos, similar to an atrium type setup. The place was in a great location, less than 2 minute walk to top of trail. I would definitely stay her again and recommend this place.

Recently stayed in Wabaaso 1 and I hesitate to say how great it was... Sometimes you want to keep the secret to yourself! Spacious, tastefully furnished, convenient to slopes and shuttle, and clean! I reserved it again for next year before checking out!!

The rental management company did a great job. Very easy to work with-I will definitely call mountain Valley first to see what they have for our annual trip to Snowshoe. The only negative was that we didn't have heat the first night. It was fixed the next day. Also alot of noise from the the unit above.

The driveway is a very steep, so if it's going to snow while you're there only park cars with 4-wheel drive at the bottom (unless you want to spend some extra time there waiting to get towed out). Other than that, everything about the house was great, the shuttle was super convenient for getting to and from the slopes.

This was our second year staying at Powderidge 17. It is in a great location. Truly a ski in/ski out condo. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Rental company, Debbie, was a pleasure to deal with.

Snowshoe is such a hidden gem in the Ski World...weekday skiing is perfect...not crowded..you can ski directly up to the lift nearly. I come every year!

​​​​​​​We are a family of four that stayed at Wabasso 2 for an extended weekend ski trip at snowshoe. Wabasso 2 was a great location for accessing the slopes. We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for all of us, loved the real wood fireplace. It gives an added touch to smell and feel the warmth of the fireplace. The large table was wonderful. We were all able to spread out with our computers. We got a GoPro for Christmas and it was necessary to download our days adventures and share our pictures and computers. We will be returning to this same unit in a few weeks for another ski trip. Looking forward to it.

Keystone Lodge was awesome. It was much roomier than we expected and we could easily walk right out to the slopes without needing to take a shuttle. The village was a little further, but was still within walking distance. We were thrilled to find a place that would let us bring our Newfoundland with us. He was the star attraction of the village and everyone wanted to know where they could stay with their fur babies.

The whole trip from beginning to end was fantastic. The girls in office were extremely helpful before we got to snowshoe, answering all of my questions. Once we checked in and got to the property it was actually better than what the pictures make it appears to be. The house is huge and has easy access to the mountain. A 2 minute walk has you on the mountain ready to strap in. There was 8 of us staying in the house and there was more than enough room. I will definitely be using this location again next time we bring a large group to Snowshoe. Thank you ladies!

Whistlepuck 37 is conveniently located (near the slopes) and updated to make your stay confortable and cozy. Thank you for providing internet service. Since cell phone reception in the area is very poor, internet service helped to keep us in touch with friends and family. The spa shower is great. The woodburning fireplace was easy to use and provided us with a warm place to relax after skiing in below zero weather. The kitchen was well equipped. I hope it is available the next time we need a place to stay.

Great Location. Minute walk to the bus stop to be able to go anywhere on the mountain plus maybe a 3 minute walk to the slopes. Decor is dated but the savings of staying on the mountain and not paying for updated decor is well worth it. Tons of room in the unit, could easily sleep 10. Plus it has a sunken in bar for extra storage. Would recommend to anyone looking

​​​​​​​I rented wabasso 21 at snowshoe mountain ski resort and my experience was outstanding! The location of wabasso 21 was great, just a short walking distance directly to a slope! Wabasso 21 was super cozy! Plenty of firewood extra blankets, everything you might need for those cold snowshoe nights! I would recommend wabasso 21 and mountain valley realty to anyone!

The property is great (clean and furnish). The shuttle is right outside, don't have to walk too far. Debbie was easy to work with. We used the late check in process - fast and simple. The only thing can make the trip better is more snow
