Washer/Dryer. The loft overlooks Living Room. Walk out the door, you're on the slopes and close to everything. Access to Powder Monkey Lift. Within walking distance to the Western Territory and The Village at Snowshoe’s shops & restaurants.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Ski storage entry, and free Resort Shuttle Service to take you to the Village or Silver Creek (night skiing/tubing).

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file

~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.
