MEADOWS 126 HOME - 4 BEDROOM, 3 BATH - BEDDING: Master suite including a private bath on the main level including a king bed; BEDROOM #2 Upstairs master suite with a king bed, a day bed, and a private bath. BEDROOM #3 queen bed; BEDROOM #4 has a pyramid bunk and a futon. There is a shared bath in the hallway and a television in every bedroom. Great home for GOLFERS. Wonderful location for your ski or golf getaway. Large rooms, the house is spacious with plenty of room for your family or group getaway. Just 6 miles to the top of Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort OR less than a mile to the Raven Golf Course. Relax in the 6-8 person hot tub and watch the wildlife in the backyard. Back deck and a front porch. Electric heat to keep you toasty on those cold winter nights. The living room has a 65" inch flat screen to watch your favorite shows at the end of the day (includes a sports package).

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
