This unit is a flat with everything on one floor, located on the lower level of the building, accessed by a set of wide steps.  Very peaceful location with memorable sunrise views each morning.  Assuming there is snow, access to the trail in your front yard, exterior deck overlooks the slopes. Ski Gear storage entry. Washer/dryer. Park at your door.
