Expedition Station # 308 -  1 Bedroom Studio -  BEDDING: Pillow top King Bed.  60" Samsung HDTV SmartTV, with BluRay DVD; Full Bath. Table for 4. Wine Cooler, Mini Kitchen suitable for light breakfasts and lunches.  Microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, NO OVEN.  Fantastic mountain and ski trail views.  Watch the sunrise every morning.  Convenient location in the Village next door to Ski & Snowboard School, shops, and restaurants. 

LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE          SLOPE SIDE            Access Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost.  

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance, Private lockers, Air Conditioning, Elevators, Fitness Room, Laundry facilities, full-service Rental Shop on the main floor of the building, parking is located near the complex in the main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive, Free Resort Shuttle Service

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver’s license, and a selfie holding their driver’s license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of the reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted; no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
