CAMP FOUR #21 - 2 Bedroom - MASTER Bedroom:  Pillow. top King Bed, TV/DVD, private full bath: Bedroom # 2:  1 set of bunks and 1 twin bed, TV/DVD, hallway full bath, and Queen sofa bed in Living Room.  - You can ski right up to your building, take off your gear, and walk in the door to your ski storage entry.  End unit, spacious, lots of sunlight and views from windows on 3 sides.   Excellent for a family with children. Dining Area overlooks the ski trail.  Washer/Dryer.  Gas Fireplace.                    There is a limit of two cars per reservation. Parking passes will be emailed prior to arrival.

SLOPE SIDE      Located - North Mountain       THIS TOWNHOME DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi; Free Long Distance; Parking at the complex. On-Call Resort Shuttle

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver’s license, and a selfie holding their driver’s license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
