CAMP FOUR # 1 - 3 Bedrooms,  3.5 BATHS:  BEDDING: MASTER Bedroom # 1:  Pillow top Full Bed, TV/DVD, private full bath; MASTER Bedroom # 2:  Pillow top Queen Bed, TV/DVD, private full bath, top floor, grand views; MASTER Bedroom # 3:  Pillow top King Bed, Downstairs with mini kitchen and private full bath. - Large Dining Table.  Sleeper Sofa in the living area, 2 sets of Washer/Dryers.  This unit is designed for families wanting to spread out  A large, 3 story townhouse with the Living Area on grade with the parking lot. Storage Entry. Park at your door.           There is a limit of two cars per reservation. Parking passes will be emailed prior to arrival.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi; Free Long Distance; Parking at the complex. On-Call Resort Shuttle

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver’s license, and a selfie holding their driver’s license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
